Welcome to CHEVEUX BY AOKI.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Pre-Order Policy

β€’ All hair extensions are sold on a pre-order basis. This means that items are not kept in stock and will only be ordered after full payment is received.

β€’ Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Shipping & Delivery

β€’ WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

β€’ Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, USPS or DHL.

β€’ Standard shipping takes 3-7 (3-11 days for international deliveries) business days after the order has been processed.

β€’ Shipping times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.

β€’ Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

4. Returns Policy

β€’ We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the hair extensions are in original, unused, and good condition (not worn, washed, or altered in any way).

β€’ If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

β€’ We will review the issue and offer a resolution accordingly.

β€’ Chargebacks or disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in the customer being banned from future purchases.

β€’ We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
